The Home Ideas 2021 segment is filled with excitement. First we start in our beautiful showroom located on 57th Street in Sioux Falls. Here you’ll find several vignettes featuring a variety of Cambria designs. You’ll see Brittanicca on an island, Gladstone on an island, a combination of Queen Anne and Ella both in a matte finish showcased on a two level kitchen island and several others. Let’s go to our first completed project in this segment of Home Ideas. This is a new home construction project we collaborated with Houndstooth House on. Located in southern Sioux Falls, the homeowner chose Cambria Skara Brae for the kitchen. The warm earthy and organic colors that shine on a white background gives the homeowner a variety of options for the cabinet colors – black, brown, gray, white and even navy blue look great with Skara Brae. Take a peek inside the master bath where you’ll see the homeowner selected Cambria Torquay for the vanity, tub surround and shower. Torquay has a white marbled backdrop with small movements of gray and tan. The lower level wet bar and bath feature Cambria Castell.
Now let’s go to a remodel. This homeowner wanted a design that would complement the honey oak trim. They painted the cabinets dark gray and selected Skara Brae in a matte finish for the countertops with a full height backsplash in same countertop material. The end result is stunning.
Our final project in this Home Ideas 2021 segment takes us to a master bath remodel. Here the homeowner opted for a full Cambria shower surround and selected Whitehall. Full Cambria panels give the shower a clean look that is virtually mainteance free; there are no grout lines that need to be cleaned. The shower shelves and half wall caps are Skara Brae to add a little contrast to the shower and flows with her Skara Brae countertops. She went with a full height Arabesque white tile for the walls above the vanity.
