The homeowner wanted to bring some life into the kitchen and give it a fresh look. She visited our showroom in Sioux Falls to start the process; and to see the variety of Cambria designs that were available. The homeowner selected Cambria Swanbridge, it’s very reminescent of calcutta marble. It has a marbled background with grays and pinpoints of charcoal. Her full height tiled backsplash is 3×6″ glossy white subway tile. Farmhouse sinks and large islands are the trend – the bigger the better.
In this Home Ideas 2017 segment we feature another remodel in the heart of town. An older home with honey oak cabinets and trim. Without having to remove all the cabinets the homeowner wanted a countertop design that would complement and give the existing cabinets some life. Here you’ll see Cambria Bradshaw and a kitchen with a whole new look. Bradshaw has copper flecks that dust the surface; it’s a whirling fusion of taupe, tan, black and shimmering copper. The tile backsplash is an iridescent tile of multiple colors that complement the Bradshaw countertops and give the kitchen a big wow factor.
