Home Ideas 2014 takes us to the Stone Center on south Minnesota Avenue in Sioux Falls. This is a beautiful showroom for anyone looking to build a new home or remodel an existing home. They have so many products with a large variety of colors and designs.
We’re here with Sarah Hueners, the Countertop Division Manager. She mentioned Cambria is the leading countertop of choice for many homeowners.
Sarah, what are the different ways Cambria can be used in the home? Cambria is not just for countertops. We are installing the product on floors, fireplace surrounds, and even shower walls and tub decks. Cambria can be used in just about every room in the home.
Sarah, why is Cambria so popular? It’s the benefits – Cambria is non-porous which means the product will not take on any harmful bacteria. It’s very durable, event more durable than granite. It’s also stain and stratch resistant. We want our customers to know Cambria is virtually maintenance-free.
Sarah, how does one start the process of new countertops? Pretty easy, simply give us a call, visit our website or visit our showroom. We’ll talk about your project, walk you through the process, look at some products and designs that you can take home to look at in your homes’ environment. Then we’ll set up a time to measure your project, provide you with a quote, order and install.
In this Home Ideas 2014 show let’s go to a remodel project we recently completed. This customer wanted to give her kitchen a fresh new look. We removed the existing laminate countertops and installed two beautiful Cambria quartz countertop designs. On the perimeter you see elegant Cambria Bellingham with marble-like waves of dark gray and black swirl about a backdrop of creams and light gray; on the island is a combination of Bellingham and Cambria Blackwood with flecks of gold, cream and blue that glisten across a backdrop of black. They selected a simple and calming glossy light gray 3x6″ subway tile for the backsplash tile. The completed kitchen is absolutely stunning and the customers love it.
Best part of the Stone Center showroom is the Cambria Gallery just a few steps from the showroom. In the gallery they feature 27 full size and half size slabs of Cambria. When customers see the slabs it gives then a true picture of what they Cambria design will look like insalled in their home. We work with a variety of customers and a variety of projects. No project is too small or too big. Every project is unique, fun, and exciting for the customer and for us. We invite you to our showroom and let us help your ideas come to reality.
